Family Yoga is a fun, age-appropriate yoga class for kids and their grown-ups.
They practice breathwork, movement, and body awareness with the intention of beginning a foundation of yoga for yogis.
A little about your instructor Jamie:
“As a Certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki III Practitioner, Jaime is pursuing the life she intends by helping others awaken to their true potential, their divinity. It is her mission to provide services that help individuals tap into their parasympathetic mode to relax deeply by creating a peaceful and tranquil environment for them to release and let go of stress."
