March Break Camp Subsidy Program
Dear Member:
The London chapter CLC has voted unanimously to provide March Break camp subsidy for 2008 in the amount of $100 to each applicant family member. The funds may be used for any March Break activity and is not restricted to a camp setting. However original receipts must be provided.
Please complete the attached application and return to the office as soon as possible. Subsidy funds will be distributed to applicant family upon receipt of the completed application and original receipts.
