Realize Community Potential Program

The Realize Community Potential Program is a service that is in partnership with Autism Ontario.  The program is funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. The role of RCP is to provide families with resources,  information and link them to services and supports within London and District. I will work with you to provide workshops, training opportunities and seminars that will be of value to you. I will work with you to provide social opportunities for children, parents and families to assist in connecting the greater London & District community, agencies and services providers with the London Chapter of Autism Ontario. I will work to enhance the growth of the London & District Chapter of Autism Ontario. As the program develops, updates and advertisements will be emailed to the membership and posted on this website.
